Refunds & Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the product you want to send back is unopened and in saleable condition we’ll gladly take it back. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Even if you have used the product we’ll gladly take it back. All we ask is that you give us an explanation of why you want to return the product so we can pass it onto the manufacturer for feedback. If there’s a problem with your product please contact our Customer Support Team immediately. We’ll dispatch a driver to pick up the defective product or mail you a return label to put on your box and return to us. Once the package is in transit we’ll go ahead and ship you a replacement, issue you a store credit or give you a full refund of the product price.

How long does it take my return to be processed?
The time it takes a product to arrive back in our warehouse will depend on your location. Once it has arrived the return will be processed in 24-48 hours.
Can I exchange a product if I’m not happy with the results?
Absolutely. If you’re 100% satisfied with the results of any product you buy from us you can send it back to us for an exchange, store credit or refund of the full product price.
I’m not in the United States. Can I still return or exchange a product?
In most cases it’s not cost effective to return a product from outside the United States due to shipping and customs fees. If you would like to return a product from outside the United States please contact our Customer Support Team by e-mailing to email@example.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Decahedron Americas Inc., 8 The Green, Suite #4401, Dover DE 19901, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please first contact us. We will provide you with the address and return details as soon as possible. We often get customers to mail their products to our DE address, however, please confirm this with us prior to shipping it back (Decahedron Americas Inc., 8 The Green, Suite #4401, Dover DE 19901, United States).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
